Weibliche Stimmverstärkung kriegt er von der bezaubernden Jessie Ware. Die Dame ist ebenfalls seit “Wildest Moments” oder “Running” in aller Munde und überzeugt auch durch eine ausgezeichnete Wahl ihrer Kollaborationen. Ich hab mich hier bereits schon lyrisch über die wundervolle Frau ergossen. (Nein, im Link ist nichts Versautes versteckt)
Zurück zum Song. "Her Favorite Song" ist genau dieser eine Track, den du brauchst, wenn du nach Hause kommst und dich aus irgendwelchen Gründen am liebsten mit Eiscreme unter die Dusche setzen willst, bis die Mascara übers Kinn läuft. Was aber Einiges figurfreundlicher und auch realitätsnäher ist (Hollywood lässt grüssen), ist dass du eben diesen Song auf voller Lautstärke pumpst - et voilà: der Seelenfrieden ist wieder hergestellt:

"Highly anticipated" - Ich würde meinen Allerwertesten verwetten, dass kein Musikblog aus englischsprechenden Gefilden ohne diesen Ausdruck ausgekommt, wenn sie die frohe Botschaft aus dem Hause K.R.I.T. in die digitale Welt heraustragen. Big K.R.I.T, der uns spätestens mit seinem Mixtape "Return of 4Eva" kollektiv aus den Socken gehauen hat, haute nämlich soeben dieses "higly anticipated"-te Album "King Remembered In Time" raus!
Nicht nur, dass der Rapper mit der smoothen Stimme im 2012 bereits mit seinem Debütalbum "Live From The Underground" allen Kritikern die Futterluke gestopft hat, im 2013 soll sogar noch ein Album in Kollaboration mit dem tättowierfreudigen Yelawolf folgen. Aber eins nach dem anderen. Jetzt ist erstmal das nach sich selbst benannte Album "King Remembered In Time" mit seinen 17 Tracks auf Heavy Rotation. When I grew up, I mostly listened to Classic Rock and Pop thanks to my Parents. Rodriguez, Queen, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Diana Ross, Janis Joplin, Jacko and many more.
I started listening to Hip Hop and Rap when I was around 15 years old. My first Track that got me to start liking Hip Hop was "Gravel Pit" by Wu Tang. But my actual first LP i owned was:

So thanks to Rock & Ruck I have been falling more and more in love with the music. That is also why Sean P's latest LP means a lot to me.
Sean Price aka Sean P aka Master P aka Jesus Price aka Kimbo Price aka Ruck
Along with his partner Rock, Sean Price (aka Ruck) dropped two impressive LP’s as the duo Heltah Skeltah; their 1996 debut 'Nocturnal' (which included the indelible “Leflaur Leflah Eshkoshka”) and their 1998 follow-up 'Magnum Force'. Sean is also a core member of the legendary Boot Camp Clik collective and has been a key and stand out contributor to all three of their collaborative releases; 1997’s 'For the People', 2002’s 'The Chosen Few' and 2006’s 'The Last Stand.'
Not to be outdone, Sean proved he was more then up to the task as a solo-artist as well, as he contributed one of 2005’s most critically acclaimed and talked about LP’s with his solo-debut 'Monkey Barz', which garnished multiple accolades for Sean, including; being named Source Magazine’s Indie LP of the year, being placed on Urb Magazine’s “Hot 100 list” inclusion in the Village Voice’s yearly “Pazz And Jop” poll, 2005 Indie LP of the year from Allhiphop.com and Indie LP of the year nods from Hiphopsite.com, Hiphopdx.com, Soundslam.com, MVremix.com and Sixshot.com.
The incessant clamoring and buzz for Sean’s Price’s sophomore solo-LP, 'Jesus Price Supastar', has come full-circle, as Sean released the LP January 2007 on Duck Down Music Inc. Hip Hop purists have long recognized and appreciated Sean’s commanding delivery, powerful voice and clever verses and all of those attributes are on full-display with 'Jesus Price Supastar.'
Many of the same beat makers that helped shape 'Monkey Barz' were back on board to craft another classic LP. 9th Wonder chips in five tracks and Justus League’s Khrysis also returns to put his stamp on three tracks. Also, contributing production are !llmind, MoSS, Tommy Tee and PF Cuttin. Phonte, Skyzoo, Sadat X, Chaundon, Ruste Juxx and fellow BCC members Rock, Buckshot and General Steele guest appearancesmore.
Sean Price didn't waste any of his current momentum. As he followed up with the release of a mixtape entitled 'Master P' later the same year.
Sean Price reunited with rhyming partner Rock to release their first Heltah Skeltah album in 10 years entitled 'D.I.R.T. (Da Incredible Rap Team).' The highly anticipated album might expectations but still hungry for more.
In 2009 Sean Price teamed up with Guilty Simpson and Black Milk to create one of the rawest hip-hop supergroups in recent years, Random Axe. They released their self-titled debut, 'Random Axe' June 2011. The album was critically acclaimed and well recieved by fans for its hard hitting production provided by Black Milk and fierce, witty rhymes provided by Sean Price and Guilty Simpson.
Despite releasing two group albums in the last two years fans were still highly anticipating a solo Sean Price album. In 2009 Sean Price released a mixtape entitled 'Kimbo Price' which serves as a prelude to P's next album 'Mic Tyson.'

In 2012, Sean Price released 'Mic Tyson' to high acclaim. It featured the same hard hitting production his fans are use to as he Sean Price worked with The Alchemist, 9th Wonder, Evidence, Khrysis, PF Cuttin, Statik Selektah and more. It also features Buckshot, Freddie Gibbs, Ill Bill, and Pharoahe Monch with an unforgettable hook on "BBQ Sauce."
Every once in a while you have to get that old and dusty single malt whisky out of the liquor cabinet and drink it straight. No ice cubes. No bitters. No fruit garnishes. Cocktails and Longdrinks are enjoyable here and there, but sometimes you have to remind yourself that you are drinking liquor. P’s Mic Tyson is straight no chaser Hip Hop at its very best. Price packs each song with rewind-worthy multi-syllable mayhem, and not much else. Still the album is satisfying in its simplicity. The long overdue pairing with Alchemist produced four neck-breaking tracks (especially "S.T.F.U. Part 2"). Other highlights includes P’s jaw-dropping verse on "Solomon Grundy" and the Pumpkinhead-featured "Battering Bars."
